Jay Santiago is the licensed electrician behind Santiago Electric LLC. He grew up fixing things that other people had given up on — extension cords with mystery stains, ceiling fans that hummed in three keys, the kind of breaker boxes that look like a raccoon redecorated them. Today he turns that same instinct into clean, code-compliant work that homeowners and contractors actually trust.
When he's not pulling wire, balancing loads, or talking a customer down off the ledge of a DIY panel swap, Jay is on a deeply personal quest: to find the world's greatest hot honey hoagie sandwich. He believes the perfect hoagie has three things — a roll with a little chew, capicola that knows its place, and hot honey drizzled with the same restraint he uses when torquing a neutral lug. Bring him one and you'll get an honest opinion. Bring him two and you'll probably get a discount.
